Easter Sunday

Luke LOVES cars/trucks/tractors pretty much anything with wheels. He was pretty happy to see that's exactly what the Easter Bunny left him. He was not to impressed with the new shoes, go figure.
After breakfast we drove down to Zions national Park. In Springdale (the town right before you get to Zions) there is this little Animal reserve. They have Elk, Buffalo and various other animals you can feed. Luke was loved it and didn't want to leave. As we were putting him in the car he kept saying "more, more elk". Then the rest of the day it was "bye bye Elk".

We did one of our favorite hikes, the Zion overlook. Check out Luke happy as can be riding on dads back. It occurred to me that once we bring Kolby home I will also need a backpack to carry one of the boys. Since they both weigh the same neither one is going to be easy. Hum.... note to self, always make sure to invite other people on our hike who are bigger and stronger then me. And who will let me talk them into carrying whichever child I am supposed to carry :)
The views are breathtaking when you reach the end of the hike. This picture was taken at the overview. Words just don't do it justice. This is the whole group from left to right, me, Dewey, Luke, Jordan, Gary, Liz and Haley. After our hike we drove to a picnic area and had lunch. It was a beautiful day, a wonderfu way to spend Easter. I love that we live so close to such an amazing place.
