So we decorated our tree yesterday and it was great fun to have Luke and Kolby helping. It's Kolbys first xmas so he's still getting the hang of it, but Luke has already started singing Christmas songs. The tree lasted exactly 35 minutes before five of the decorations were broken.
It was a mystery how they broke, Luke said it was Kolby and Kolby can't talk yet so we'll never know for sure :). Between the cats, dogs, and kids, the tree is know bare on the bottom three feet of it. I'm sure by the time Christmas gets here, we'll just have a star on top and no decorations.

OMG thats how my tree was for many years when the kids were tots!!! Abby WILL not leave the dora and Diego ornaments alone!!!!ARRHHHH

LOL what a fun time decorating together. It's tough at this age when they want to do it all themselves!
Tabitha loved helping decorate the tree. We separated the ornaments out this year putting the fragile ones up out of toddler and dog reach and the non breakables on the lower parts....seems to to be working!
LOL! Isn't Christmas with toddlers and animals fun?! I'm right there with ya!
That's great! I think we lost another 5 ornaments during our tree dressing. Of course it is always an accident.

Stacey...looks like lots of fun decorating your tree. It is a challenge with little people isn't it...its just too exciting!!!
