Happy New Year

Wow what a whirlwind past couple of weeks. I don't think I had time to even stop and catch my breath.
On New Years day we had just enough snow to take the boys on their first sledding adventure. We found a very small hill at a local park which turned out to be just perfect for them.
Me with Kolby and Luke behind on his sled.

Dewey taking his turn with Kolby. About a week before Christmas Dew smashed his finger in the truck door. A trip to the hospital and several stitches later he came home all bandaged up. I think it looks a million times better now (yuck and yuck not a pretty sight right after) but it still has some healing to do. Being the dad he is he would not let that stop him from sledding with the boys.

For their first time they had the hang of it in no time

By the end Luke was going on the hill on his stomach.... hum maybe I should worry about that :)

We had a wonderful Christmas. We were so lucky to be able to spend most of it with Grandma and Grandpa, Luke and Kolby's very favorite people.
My camera has been acting up so we didn't take a lot of pics.
But here's one of the boys showing off their Christmas P.J's and hats.

Dewey and grandma playing with the boys Christmas loot. Dewey cooked a wonderful breakfast Christmas morning for everyone. And grandma cooked an amazing Christmas dinner. (that's right no cooking for me....great day ;)

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and wish all a very happy New year!!!

What a great time! Sledding is always fun!!

I hope Dewey's hand heals quickly, that totally sounds like something that would happen to Greg.

Happy New Year!

Happy New year to you too Stacey!

Great to hear your news and see these great pics of you all...looks like loads of fun sledding...wish we got snow like that near us in Winter as I know our kids would love to have a go at sledding.

Sounds like its been awful for poor Dewey and hope his hand is better soon.

Take care,

Anna
